The Paul A. Demshar Foundation was formed to keep the spirit and "pay it forward" character alive of Paul Demshar by helping students in Ashtabula County help afford the price of furthering their education.

Every year the Demshar Foundation donates at minimum to four students in Ashtabula County who are looking to further their education in an effort to "play it forward" just as Paul Demshar did throughout his entire life.
